Web 2.0 means to me delivering content using clients that create community. The Community(s) adds content and value itself, as does the client(s).
One controversy I percieve is that it is percieved and created as a buisness platforn, but tends to be equally personal in its nature, direction and popular use. otherwise the construct of owning the content one places in a web2.0 client seems an oxymoron, in that copyright infringement and site use policies may say otherwise. Personal privacy is also of concern on these public networks. One may feel they are secure in sharing their content exclusive to their private community, but some would argue that it is public in nature.
